Annual Meeting Notice

The annual meeting of ASC Z136 is scheduled for Friday, March 12, 2010. It will be held at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel in San Jose, California.



A block of rooms has been secured at the Hilton Doubletree San Jose, 2050 Gateway Place, San Jose, California at the government per diem rate of $132/single for all attendees.

This rate is only in effect until February 15, 2010. After that date reservations will be accepted based on the hotel’s availability and at the hotel’s regular rate.



For your convenience, the hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service.



The subcommittees listed below have scheduled meetings to be held in conjunction with the annual meeting. Please contact your subcommittee chair for additional information. All meetings will be held at the Hilton Doubletree San Jose. Specific rooms will be announced at a later date.

Notes:

1) Lunch will be provided on Friday, March 12 only. All other lunches will be “on your own.”

2) If you plan to attend one of the ancillary meetings, please advise your subcommittee chair beforehand for meeting planning purposes. Subcommittee Chairs, please let me know if your meeting grows above original projection for planning purposes. Meeting space is still available on a limited basis – please contact me if you would like to hold a meeting during this time.

3) Thursday evening the LIA will host dinner for all Committee members; specific meal plans will be announced closer to the event. RSVP will be required for meal planning purposes.
